Training Two Newbies

Hola todos!!


This week has been so so crazy. Tuesday the APs pulled me out of district council and straight up told me I'm training 2 new missionaries the next transfer. I got to go pick them up at the airport and they are so cute!! One is American and one is Chilean, so the language barrier has been fun because I have to translate a lot, but it's been helping me with my Spanish too. This whole process has had easy parts and hard parts, but I found this scripture that has been such a strength for me these past couple days.


1 Nephi 9:5-6
Wherefore, the Lord hath commanded me to make these plates for a wise purpose in him, which purpose I know not. 6 But the Lord knoweth all things from the beginning; wherefore, he prepareth a way to accomplish all his works among the children of men; for behold, he hath all power unto the fulfilling of all his words. And thus it is. Amen.


I have no idea what I'm doing or what God has planned, but I'm just kind of doing it and trusting that God is going to take care of what I can't do. I love being a missionary!! The mission is so crazy but I love being able to grow and learn and look for God's hand in every part of the day. He always has big things planned because He works miracles, and I am so grateful to know that He is always working with us too.
