Hello Family Stewart,
I´m Cristian Gervic Mission President and I and my wife, Sister Patricia Gervic, are very thankful for you daughter. And we are happy to inform you that your missionary has arrived at the Chile Osorno mission!
We are very thankful to have missionaries like your daughter who come with a desire to serve and very well prepared for this very special time in their lives. I have had a personal interview with each missionary and has assigned them to their first sector with their trainer, who is one of the best missionaries in this mission.
Attached is a picture we took with Sister Stewart after their arrival. We will be posting pictures of our missionaries on our unofficial Facebook page: Misión Chile Osorno 2022-2025. The Chile Osorno mission has a Facebook page which your missionary will use to proclaim the gospel and introduce the restored gospel of Jesus Christ to God's children. We invite you to follow our page and invite your friends to follow it so that they can also receive daily inspirational messages, “Follow Christ in Southern Chile".
Normally our preparation day is Monday, and your missionary will have the opportunity to communicate with you between 8:30 to 18:00 Chilean time. Your missionary can use any form of communication that works for your family such as Email, Google hangouts, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc. Additionally, your missionary is encouraged to call you for Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and on your parents' birthdays. On additional occasions he needs approval. Other family and friends may communicate with your missionary only by email or written letters.
